Charge 6 keeps asking to install Fitbit app

Fitbit charge 6 doesn't switch on. Keeps on asking to download the app. Did anyone face this?How to solve it? Many thanks

While I'm glad you got the Charge 6, I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've had with it. To work on this together, may I know if you've completed the set up process on the Fitbit app? If you have but the screen is still the same, let me recommend these other steps:

  1. Forget the Charge 6 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap Device > Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your tracker, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
