I've had my Charge 6 for about three months.
I use it to track my workouts – lifting weights in the gym, running, climbing, etc. Today, suddenly all my non-walking activities/workouts started disappearing from the Fitbit app. As I moved back through the weeks, they would briefly appear and disappear. I have now lost weeks of workouts. However, bizarrely, all the walking activities remain!
I went to the gym today, tracked the workout as usual by starting the activity on the watch, completed the workout, and synched the Fitbit with my phone. The workout just disappeared, and Fitbit said I had 0 exercise for the day. I just went for a walk and it logged the walk perfectly.
I have tried updating the Fitbit, restarting the Fitbit, restarting my phone, looking on the browser dashboard on my laptop. Nothing. I just want to log my workouts!
Can anyone help or advise?

Mine started doing the exact same thing. I’m so tired of this. No help from Fitbit . I won’t be wasting any more money on Fitbit products

Still issues, miles don't match on watch to app, data from first week in Sept and all of August not there anymore! What's the point in tracking runs/workouts etc if it's just going to get erased! Annoying when you can't see the work you have done

Same thing here. Started around Friday. I have tried repopulating the Peloton sessions and doesn't register them. When it started happening I looked on my Charge 6 and scrolling down the Exercise frequency tracker showed the correct number.

I think the issue has already been resolved. I realized that my 16 minute walking session was recorded in my app 😄 it is shown as an exercise now.

Walking was always fine for me. All other activities I tried never showed though.

Nope. Not resolved. Not only is the app not recording workouts the letters representing the days of the week are partially missing. The watch records the workout but once you press Done it never syncs to the app.

I checked my exercise data for last few months and they are still not recovered 😞 but today is the first day that my exercise data has automatically been recorded for the last 3 weeks.

I have been following along on this issue for several weeks. Just spend 30 min on that Chat line with Customer Service. They acknowledged that many people were having the same tracking problem and suggested the usual Update/Reset that I have done many times with zero success. Basically they ended the conversation on me while I was still asking questions about a resolution. I'm going to keep checking for Updates and hope for the best.
I've had many Fitbits over the years, sadly this will be my last one.

The app is still not working. I have been without my data for 18 days now. I am continually fobbed off by fitbit support and they say I have no claim for a refund on my now useless device. It is a ridiculous situation with no sign of a resolution.

Thanks for the update. I have done everything they have asked about a dozen times. Nothing seems to be working. It’s the craziest thing. Workouts and walks are detected immediately but nothing gets recorded. Everything is off. No matter how long or how far I walk it gets recorded as .08 miles on my device but on the phone app the step count seems to be closer to correct. I’m having to input everything manually. It’s been 3 weeks. 😞

I have the same issues; no more saving and listing automatically tracked exercise. It all started when they switched to this fu£¥€*ing Google!!

The frustrating thing is that I can manually add running/walking, but I get credit for the steps as I’m moving plus again when I manually add it. What’s the point of a tracking if it’s completely off???

Mine started about a month after I switched. I bought a new Fitbit and in order to activate the free Premium I was forced to switch.

Its time they stopped selling Fitbit in the EU they are basically ripped off customers. I paid 140 GBP for a sleep tracker and today they removed the sleep score. No notification or refund on my purchase price. I dont think they understand how EU business works. The sleep tracker is not a free google service any more than the time function we paid the money now we expect the service. If they withdraw the time and all features do we get a re bate? Plus no notification today it should have given an option of delay update for a week as know with their history its going to be problematic at best. MS offers a delay Fitbit push ahead and withdraw services with no warning the dont consider that they have customers that have paid for the product and that comes with expectations . I wanted my sleep score this morning even if had offered me a delay till next week or said withdrawing in 2 weeks etc then I could start using another device. The company is a shambles. They dont do business correctly on any level.
