I've had my Charge 6 for about three months.
I use it to track my workouts – lifting weights in the gym, running, climbing, etc. Today, suddenly all my non-walking activities/workouts started disappearing from the Fitbit app. As I moved back through the weeks, they would briefly appear and disappear. I have now lost weeks of workouts. However, bizarrely, all the walking activities remain!
I went to the gym today, tracked the workout as usual by starting the activity on the watch, completed the workout, and synched the Fitbit with my phone. The workout just disappeared, and Fitbit said I had 0 exercise for the day. I just went for a walk and it logged the walk perfectly.
I have tried updating the Fitbit, restarting the Fitbit, restarting my phone, looking on the browser dashboard on my laptop. Nothing. I just want to log my workouts!
Can anyone help or advise?

I’m having the same issue. I have done all the updates, logged out, restarted my phone and nothing. I just logged a workout and it saved then disappeared!!

I realised Yesterday activities from 2nd back not showing. Family member says it is showing under Month
Fitbit have shared a post update released on Friday which will come in phases and seemingly we have to wait in the queue until we are restored..

Great news from my side! Today’s exercise data was recorded in the Fitbit app. However, previous worksouts are still missing.

I checked the Fitbit Status Dashboard again this morning (08 Sep 2024). It still shows the Web API issue. Even though the description mentions "3P" (3rd party) app, the timing of when this issue started is about the same time that many of us started seeing issues with our exercise data in the Fitbit app.
Please continue to be patient. Since the Web API issue has been on-going for over a week, I suspect the fix isn't an easy one.

By the way, I checked my exercise data for over a year now and realized that most of the previous data has also been disappeared:( I hope all my data will come back soon. It is really disappointing. Thanks for informing us about the current status.

When I start and finish an exercise on my charge 6, it isn't syncing to my phone app. The steps, calories and zone minutes are logged in the app from the workout, but the workout itself isn't showing under exercise. Anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it?

Hi there, I think the issue still continues. I am unable to see today’s exercise data on the app. Besides, my Charge 6 watch is showing three hours ahead of the real time. I guess there are serious issues to be fixed.

Same here. The exercise tile appeared on the app yesterday (Sunday 9/8) so I was hopeful, but it didn't record any exercise. Mine has the correct time though. I hope our historical data comes back when this problem is fixed.

Hello, @Gabloiacono, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation of your Charge 6 not logging the workouts once you complete them. Can you confirm if you're starting the activity manually or leave it automatically using the smartrack feature?
My best recommendation would be for you yo restart your Charge 6 the next time you will begin your workout, start the activity manuallly (keep on doing it in case you're already starting it this way) and check how it goes after that. You can also add activities if needed.

I'm having the exact same problem. The last two weeks of workouts are not logged but calories, heartrate, active minutes are all there. I have restarted my phone, my watch, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in, and so on, with no luck.

I'm having the same issue and always log my workouts, start and finish, manually on my watch. I also share my spinning classes directly from my Peleton. Neither are showing up in the app for the last two weeks.

Same here. The last week that I show anything for is Aug 12 thru18. All weeks forward just look like they're trying to load but won't. I had tried restarting and deleting and reinstalling the app and everything in between before checking out this forum. I hope they get this fixed soon. I work out daily and will be more than a little upset if I lose all of it.

I understand your frustration. The Fitbit Status Dashboard still shows the service disruption for the Web API as of today (09 Sep 2024). Since this issue has been on-going for about a week, I suspect the fix is not an easy one.
Like you, I also experienced the same issues with my exercise data. I actually watched data from one of my workouts disappear from the Fitbit app. It was a strange experience. Thankfully, it reappeared the next day. For now, I'm not checking any of my past workouts or trying any troubleshooting since the Status Dashboard still shows the issue with the Web API.

Hello @Gabloiacono & @RVecsei
I believe there is currently a problem on the Fitbit side. There have multiple users reporting issues with seeing their exercise data in the Fitbit app. I've also experience a similar issue with my exercise data.
I looked at the Fitbit Status Dashboard website and saw that there's been a service disruption for the Web API starting around the beginning of September. This impacts data syncing and may be the reason why we're having problems with seeing our exercise data in the Fitbit app. Even though the description mentions 3P apps, the timing of when this issue started is about the same time that many of us started seeing issues with our exercise data in the Fitbit app. The current status is still showing the Web API issue as of today, 09 Sep 2024. So, they must still be working on fixing the problem.
Please be patient. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before it's fixed and we see all our exercise data again.

I have just been for an and had my watch set on run. I could see it tracking my run on my watch during my run. But when I got home to synced my watch to my app it won’t sync or recognise my exercise.
It’s syncing the rest of my data but not the exercise. This has been an ongoing issue for a couple of weeks now and it’s really starting to frustrate me! And I can add my exercise manually but I don’t know what my heart rate was or anything and don’t seems to be able to pull that back up on my watch now I have ended and exited the exercise on my watch.
I shows on my watch that I have completed 1/3 exercises on my watch but nothing will show on my app.
I have restarted my watch. Turned Bluetooth on and off. Signed out of the app and deleted and unpaired and repaired my watch countless time. Nothing is working!!
Foes anyone have any other ideas?
this is what my app is showing. Th e yellow is where it should show an exercise but doesn’t 🤦🏻:female_sign:
