Charge 6 not automatically connecting to iPhone

I have an issue where my Charge 6 is not auto connecting to my iPhone 15 Pro. If I navigate to my bluetooth, I can click on the Charge 6 and then it will connect. I just never had to do that with any other Fitbit before. Does anyone know of a way to fix that? I reset the Charge 6, but I still have the same problem.
