Hi @MaryFletch.
Have you tried cleaning the contacts on the back of the Charge 6 and also the pins on the charging cable? Also make sure that the pins 9n the charging cable are able to move in and out freely when pushed (they can get stuck and cause issues with the connection).

Also there is no magnetic pull anymore when you put it on the charger

Same thing happened to me this weekend. I’ve cleaned the contacts and don’t know what else to do.

How are you charging the Charge 6, on a USB port on a pc/laptop or the wallsocket?
If you are using the wall socket, please make sure that the USB adapter is not for quick charge.
