I can't charge my charge6. How do I know if it's the charger or the Fitbit. He is now completely empty..

I had the same problem. I tried a different charger. Try a soft brush on the back over the contacts on back of Fitbit and charger also. Sometimes they get gunked up.

Hello @Saskiamr
Have you had a chance to try plugging your cable into a different charging brick? If you don't have a different charging brick, you can try using your computer/laptop and see if your device charges. If it charges, then the problem is the charging brick. If not, the problem is likely with your charging cable.
How long have you had your Charge 6? If it's been less than a year, you could try contacting Support (<-- click) and let them know that you have a defective charging cable. You might qualify for a replacement cable.
