  • why doesnt my charge 6 collect heart rate and sleep if the device is actualy touching my skin? If I lift it off my skin a bit, it works.

Hello @sabbs 

Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? You can check by placing your finger across the back of the device, then lifting up. If you see a green light, then that means your heart rate sensor is working.

By any chance, do you have any tattoos where you normally wear your Charge 6?
