I upgraded from an Inspire 3 to a Charge 6 last week. Since I have had the Charge 6 it is not displaying the sleep data or readiness score on the watch itself, only on the app. It's clearly recording the data in the background it as my app displays all the info but unless I restart the device every single day, the watch itself won't tell show that info
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I got my Charge 6 a couple weeks ago. I'm on a Pixel 7 Pro and this exact issue is happening. Sleep tracking was really the primary reason for purchasing this.
I might return the device if fundamental/basic functionality like this is broken. From the looks of it, this issue has been reported several times in different posts, and also on different devices dating back even on previous models/iterations.
I should also add that I upgraded from a Charge 5 that I had to replace with the same phone and sleep score was working fine.

Same issue, anyone know if there is a resolution for this? Just got my Charge 5 a week ago. It worked proper for 2 days, now the sleep is not showing on the tracker, only in app. Only replaced my Charge 5 because the thing literally got stuck in Water Lock.

Same issue. This is my first Fitbit device. I'm using a Pixel 6.
1. Restarted the device
2. Disconnected the device from the app
3. Disconnected the device from Bluetooth
4. Manually synced
Some of these fixed it temporarily but nothing was a permanent fix. I don't want to return the device but at this point I don't know what else to do. Not a single reply from the Fitbit team. I'll be contacting support but I'm pretty disappointed I might have to return this. If I at least knew what the team's position on this I could make a better choice about keeping it. But if this is what their customer service is like I'm out! There's too many devices on the market to deal with this.

Hello @Diane.Collins
You won't get a Daily Readiness score if you're not getting sleep data since the Readiness score algorithm uses sleep data to generate the score.
By any chance, are you also seeing problems with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep tracking. You can test by putting your finger across the back of the device. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.
If you don't see a green light, the first place to check is the Settings menu on your Charge 6 and confirm that Heart rate is turned on:

I've noticed this same issue with my charge 6, and restarting my Fitbit makes the sleep and readiness scores populate on the Fitbit. Changing my Fitbit's clock to a different one also populates the data, so I think it populates with a full home screen refresh but not with a normal smaller sync. I'm going to submit a support request and link to this thread as evidence.

Same here. Been a problem for a long time. Restart of the device itself fixes temporarily but then doesn't populate the next day. Looks like it's been ignored for a couple years now.

It usually takes about a week or so for it to measure your usual sleep length and how awake you get. Hope that helps if your still having troubles.
