Charge 6 not notifying me of phone calls unless I am next to phone

Had my charge 6 under a week and it does not notify me of incoming calls unless I am next to the phone or text messages.  My charge 4 was great why is the Charge 6 not notifying?

I'm not getting the notifications even if I'm next to my phone. I have a pixel 8 pro

I have a charge 6 and iPhone 13 with latest iOS and am not receiving notifications. It used to work for a few hours after restarting phone and restarting Fitbit and turning notifications off and back on, but that no longer seems to work. About to go back to my charge 5 and return this one.

Same issue. Works after I have synced to phone but then after a while it stops

Mine doesn’t even allow me to sync now, had my Fitbit since November and everything was fine at first now it says it couldn’t sync or update all the apps, loses data all the time, yesterday it only registered the steps I did before 11 am, seems to be since google took over it has all gone downhill

I’ve had my charge 6 for a couple of weeks and keeps not alerting me of messages and never alerts me to phone calls. Thinking of sending it back it’s absolutely rubbush

Totally agree that it is rubbish, I am just waiting for my replacement of
the replacement, they say they have rules to follow so don’t know how many
replacements I have to have before they will give me my money back!

I haven’t had notifications from my phone since the last update. Before is was working 1-2hours after I synced my Fitbit app.
I would be interested if you do get a replacement. I have had one already after 2 weeks and the screen went blank

Same for me - charge 6 does not norify me of calls, messages or reminders to move - have followed all the instructions in the help and still nothing.

I am now on my second replacement and still having problems, I have totally
given up with it, no notifications, can’t update the data unless I have my
wifi turned off. I can’t even be bothered to argue with them anymore, once
it stops working altogether I will bin it and buy something from a company
where they actually sell you something that works

They keep saying they have to escalate it to a higher department! Probably
going to fob me off until the guarantee runs out. They are just hoping we
will give up and they profit.

I agree.... this Charge 6 has not worked since the day I received it, and I too have heard about being escalated... and then the conversation stopped.

After years of being loyal to Fitbit.....I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE!

They obviously know there’s a problem with it if they are getting a lot of
complaints. My charge 5 was much better

Yes so was mine .. but one day it just went black and never came back to life …. Hence I’m now a dissatisfied charge 6 owner
