Charge 6 not synching heart rate graph

This has been going on for a week now, but I apparently just noticed yesterday, I have reset the Fitbit, deleted the app, reinstalled, and still nothing, it registered my highest and lowest, and when I use a different app called Fitbit band, it pulls up the data that I'm missing, but the Fitbit app doesn't, I have checked for updates and nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? The only problem is the other app I can't slide to see the heart rate by the minute like I could with the og app, and I had a episode of something weird when I was at work and I wanted to see if my heart rate has spiked to match also.

I Just changed my settings on my iPhone to 24 hours and restarted my app and now my heart rate data is visible on the graph. This fix the issue. Thank you so much. But it sounds like it’s a bug with the Fitbit app and iOS?

Brand new Charge 6 and I have this issue.

Yes the heart monitor works on the watch, it's just not getting the data into the App after a sync.

I got this mainly for the heart monitor and it's utterly uselss.

i just replaced my fitbit on Friday, and the problem with the heart graph just started today. I've tried everything I can think of to correct it, but it's still not working.

The heart rate working isnt the issue for me, it the graph that shows the history!

I have been thinking that it’s about time for this Fitbit to crap out on me. If I can’t get this rectified I don’t think I’ll get another Fitbit—I’m tired of replacing it every couple of years.

The current heart rate display is fine, but I need to track episodes of
bradycardia to see how long my heart beats too slowly. I will be getting a
pacemaker next week so it may not be as critical, but it’s still comforting
to see my daily graph.

My Fitbit is working again this morning. Yesterday’s data is still missing. I’m hoping that my pacemaker will have iPhone compatible tracking that can be downloaded.

I just replaced my 5 With 6 a few days ago. I mostly like the Fitbit
because of the heart rate graph, since I have heart issues. Everybody was
saying that the issue. people were saying that what occurred yesterday was
because of the time change, but I don’t remember ever having that issue
before, and I’ve had a Fitbit ever since they originally came out when they
were clip on.

I can certainly understand your wanting to give up on Fitbit, my son did
because he had issues with his charge five within weeks of buying it a few
years ago.
