Charge 6 not tecording all sleep

My Charge 6 is not recording all sleep. I sleep at 10pm, but it records my sleep starting say at 1am. I have tried changing sleep setting to “sensitive”. Also, it is not possible to edit the sleep time. If you try it does not want to to edit the time of starting to a different day. If I edit to 00:05am then I can see some of my additional sleep. But this is still missing 2 hours. What to do?

Hello @Mattymatty

If you're seeing a message that a log already exists when you try to edit your sleep log, check the previous day and look for an additional sleep log that starts in the evening. You'll need to delete that one first. Then you should be able to edit the sleep log to include the correct start time.

I'm not sure what to recommend in order to get your full sleep log. By any chance, do you wake up around 1 AM and get up for a few minutes. I notice that when I get up to use the bathroom, sometimes the Fitbit sleep algorithm will restart my sleep log when I go back to bed.

Ok! So I deleted to second short sleep the day before, and edited the latest sleep back to the actual sleep start. I says I was awake for about 10 mins around the time of the split sleep. But I did not get out of bed. You would think it is obvious that 2.5hrs sleep connected to 4.5hrs sleep (joined by 10 mins of awake at 1am) is surely the same sleep? Any ideas? I only bought the watch to track sleep?
