I have an older fit bit Charge 2. I've had good luck with it. The past two days, when I work out at the gym, the calories burned is showing just over 100. Today's workout is usually good for 300+ calories. (Spin and weights). It has calculated correctly for a three mile walk. I realize calories burned is not totally accurate, but to have it so off during the workout seems odd. I have logged out and back in on the web site. Any other suggestions?

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community, @LaineyL.
Thank you for letting me know about this situation in regards to the calories burned when working out using your Charge 6.
I invite you to check this article about calories to know more about this. Make you sure to check the part 'What are some tips to make sure my Fitbit daily activity is accurate?'.
Let me know how it goes once you've checked and followed the steps.

My calories are showing -164 for some reason on my Charge 6. Can anyone tell me why?
