Somehow my watch has stayed connected to Bluetooth the past few days. I have an iPhone. It will vibrate when I get a call. It will show that I have a text and I can read it, but it doesn’t vibrate. I am so frustrated. How do I get it to vibrate for everything?

I sync my phone when wake up and take my sleep mode off and it works then. And then I have to manually sync my phone throughout the day and for the next 1-2hours my watch notifies me and then it stops
My blade never had any issues and that is an old watch

I have nothing else connected to Bluetooth and my watch is continually dropped off of Bluetooth. It is very frustrating. It’s at least vibrating now when it is connected and a text is received. But I shouldn’t have to reconnect to Bluetooth several times a day. I never had to do that with my charge 4.

Same here. One of the reasons I updated is loss of good interactions with text and phone, and I assumed it was time to update to Charge 6. I did and it is worse. I get nothing at all sometimes and I cannot get it to vibrate except 10% of the time and some days, never. Then when I tried to get advice, I had to give my credit card for a $1 deposit? Huh? Should have bought an Apple Watch and likely will retire/get rid of my brand new Fit Bit if no solution.

I had the same issue and the solution was to restart my Fitbit.
Charge 6 —> scroll up to settings—>scroll down to restart—> hit restart
then test after restart and it should work👍
