Charge 6 not working

Fitbit Charge 6 , suddenly frozen, the screen last message shown as tap to some thing, after that deivice frozen, battery charging staus 96%, what could happened to my device , only 6 from the date purchased.

• Check for available Firmware updates: How do I update my Fitbit device?
• Connect your Charge 6 to the charging cable: How do I charge my Fitbit device? (Try a USB port or a UL-certified wall charger, and let it charge for at least an hour.)
• Restart your Charge 6: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
• Change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
