Hello all !
I've read all past topics, I've written to Fitbit assistance, I believe I've done it all ... but I'm still not able to get notifications on my Fitbit Charge 6 from apps like Whatsapp, Messenger, Teams. But I do get the text messages from my phone, so it's recognized.
I've checked my connection Bluetooth, I've reset the notifications settings on all the apps and my Fitbit, my share sytem notifications are on etc. You get the jist of it, right ?
Fitbit assistance told me to wait a week, as I've gotten the watch just recently - and still no luck.
Can anybody please help ?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that the notifications from apps are not showing on your Fitbit Charge 6. I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you tried.
Firstly, please take into consideration that if you are receiving text notifications, you will not be able to receive WhatsApp notifications as well. You can only choose one app per category.
