I recently bought the Charge 6. Everything seemed to work well at the beginning but now I don’t seem to be receiving any notifications from my iphone to my watch. I completed all the steps that people have posted but still no notifications… help!

My charge 6 vibrates when I make a call and only sporadically when receiving texts. I don’t need to be notified when I am making a call. But, would love to know I’m receiving a text

Before considering other options, make sure to follow all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. This has been useful for other users experiencing the same problem.
In addition to the steps mentioned earlier, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and to check all the compatibility requirements here. Keep in mind that you need Android OS 9.0 or higher or Apple iOS 15 or higher on your phone and that you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the Do Not disturb Icon or Sleep Mode.
