My new charge 6 does not provide a sleep score, has inaccurate sleep times, only records 3 of 5 health metrics, no BR or HRV. It also sometimes has trouble holding its Bluetooth connection.
I've not had this problem with my previous charge products over the past 10 years, so it's not how I'm wearing it. I've also tried removing and reinstalling the app.
I tries a warranted claim on Fitbit but it was rejected without explanation.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I was given a Charge 6 as a Christmas present. Since then it has failed to provide a sleep score, a HRV or a BR. It also has trouble maintaining it's bluetooth connection.
Fitbit has emailed me with several suggested fixes. None of these have worked. I have used Fitbit products for over 10 years and never had any problems. So, I believe the product is faulty and it should be replaced or a refund given.
I tried applying for a refund / replacement on their web site but the claim was rejected. They said they didn't replace bands!! As it was gift I don't have the receipt or retailers details.
Can anyone suggest how I get a replacement or refund as this is getting very time consuming and frustrating.
Thanks

@iejackson29 only customer support can authorize a refund or exchange. Ask the one who gifted you with the Fitbit if they can supply the requested invoice.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.
