Charge 6 unable to sync - "Synced 7 days ago. Sync your device" message in app

Accidently changed the date on my Samsung S25 Ultra from 12/20/2025 to 12/13/2025. In my haste, I synced my Charge 6.  Corrected to error on the date & resynced. Not I have no daily data showing in the app for those seven days. Under the Charge 6 section of the app shows my tracker is connected, the battery % is "Unknown" and a message "Synced 7 days ago. Sync your device".  Pressed the sync icon, but after the sync, the missing date is not populated. The "Synced 7 days ago. Sync your device" still shows.  Any help would be appreciated..

Hi @JSYoung!  Welcome to our community forums!

Thank you for sharing all the details about your Charge 6 that is not syncing.

In the following help article you will find all the requirements to sync, please verify all and try to sync again Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Did as you suggested. Still getting the same messages in the Fitbit app as noted in my initial post and several metrics are still not showing activity.

Hi @JSYoung! Thanks for your reply.

I suggest you to try a set up as a new device following this steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  3. Choose “Add more devices.”
  4. Select the picture of your Charge 6.
  5. A message will appear that says “replace your Charge 6,” tap OK.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Thanks for the suggestion.  Tried what you suggested, but my situation remains the same.  Charge 6 is gathering & shows all my data, but in the app only steps, BPM heart rate & Active zone minutes are shown on the daily summary screen. When I clip on them individually, the app shows no data/results for any of them. All other tracking metrics show zeroes at the daily summary & individually.
