Charge 6 - randomly restarts and losing data

Hello,

For quite some time now, I’ve been facing a serious issue with my Fitbit Charge 6.

The device randomly restarts by itself during the day, not only during bike workouts. While it often happens when I’m using the "Bike" activity mode (causing all tracking data to be lost), it has also happened randomly during the day without any activity being tracked.

This issue is very frustrating, especially when it interrupts workouts and deletes everything.
I’ve already restarted the device, checked for firmware updates, and made sure it's always fully charged – but nothing has helped so far.

I also posted previously in the community but didn’t get a working solution.

Is this a known issue? Is there an official fix?
Do I need to replace the device?
