Charge 6 restarting

My Fitbit is 6 months old, it's fully charged and it just keeps flashing on and off with the logo and click face when it's sitting on the table.   It won't update or sync with my app and I've tried resetting it many times but to no avail.   Can you help??

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is fully charged, and it just keeps flashing on and off with the logo and clock face, and it's not updating or syncing with the app. 

This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

Could you please confirm how do you performed the restart procedure? 

The next help article explains 3 ways to restart your Charge 6: How do I restart my Fitbit device? (I suggest you to restart your Charge 6 following the third procedure: unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval, and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts).

If the suggested troubleshooting doesn't help, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. If Support determines that your Charge 6 is defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.
