My fit bit is only 4 months old and when I try and swipe the screen to use different features it doesn't work as it should and it takes me 5 mins to get to what I'm trying to access. Now it is also not recording 4 out of the 5 sleep features.

Sorry to see you're having problems with your Charge 6. Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 6 to see if that fixes the problem?
If you have and it didn't work, you should have options under warranty. To find out what are your options, you will need to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
