For 2 days now my Charge 6 won't sync. Everything appears to sync except sleep. No data at all for sleep. Anyone else having this issue. I unpaired, cleared cache, Uninstaller, restarted Charge & phone. Nothing will fix.

I just completed those steps again. It still will not sync. It last successfully synced 3 days ago. All data is pulling over except sleep so I know the app/phone is talking to my Charge 6.

I ended up disconnecting my Charge 6 from my app profile. When I added it back it seems to have synced. I'll see tomorrow morning if it records sleep tonight. Thank you for trying. I was hoping not to lose my last 3 nights sleep data but if it works now, that'll be great.

Please note there could be several factors interfering with this. The first thing to try is checking for any updates to your Fitbit app. We recently dropped a new version, so it might help!

I have not been able to sync my Charge 6 sleep for over 8 days! I have tried everything. Google doesn't seem to care bkz they have not assisted with teck help to determine & fix issue. My watch is only 1 month old & cost a great deal of money! NOT HAPPY!

Please note that this issue can be caused by several reasons, and we need to be careful when it comes to handling these types of issues. The first thing I'd like to know is if your phone software has been updated recently. This is really important to keep everything updated.
