I've had a charge 6 for just over 1 year and each day the battery gets worse, it says it's at 70 percent but then **ahem**s off in the middle of my workout. The charger that came with it no longer works . The alarm stopped working correctly, it just does one fast half a vibration and doesn't wake me up. I can't change it in any settings. And worse of all, the time is slow ! I have to sync it multiple times per day just so the time is correct! What a waste of money this has been and now it's out of warranty how convenient! I will NEVER buy another Fitbit product again.

Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

This was not the best answer, you did not even address the issue with the alarm no longer vibrating correctly or that the time slows despite syncing with the app on my phone. It should be able to keep the time correct. The alarm should still work , the battery is clearly a problem with this model as others have posted about it you should be offering other options or replacements instead of just giving us useless links to things we have already tried.

I’m facing very similar issues (sudden shutdowns at high battery %, plus clock reset to UTC). In my case this started after sync broke on June 8.
