Thanks for posting your situation in regards to the sleep data tracked by your Charge 6.

I recommend you to check this article, specifically the part 'Why don't I see sleep stages today?', I'm positive this will help you. Let me know how it goes, please.

This did not help I’m afraid. I got this Charge 6 for Christmas and sleep data worked for about a month but hasn’t worked since (about 2 months).

Good morning. I also had this happen and after googling found a solution. If you swipe down of your Fitbit until you come to the settings tap on that …then go down to heart rate and make sure it’s on. I have no idea why mine was off but I’m pretty sure that’ will start recording my sleep now as well. Going back to sleep now actually so I’ll report back.
