All of a sudden my Charge 6 (relatively new) stopped tracking sleep so I am no longer getting a sleep score.
I tried the reset to no avail. Any suggestions?

It's good to see you participating in the community @Astarte01.
Thank you for sharing the details about the inconvenience with Charge 6. Thank you for trying the restart to fix it.
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:
If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score, please note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear. In addition, for better results please try to let the device detect that you're awake or asleep by itself rather than doing it manually and make sure to keep the Fitbit app and the devices' firmware updated to the latest version available.
The Charge 6 may need some days to collect some information (particularly regarding heart rate) and provide sleep score, sleep stages and other data. Confirm that you've also tried the restart procedure described here and check if you continue to experience the same problem.

I have the same problem. The device was recording sleep perfectly, then the last three days only recorded the last 1-4 hours.
It’s been working fine before that and I made no changes to anything.

I’m having the same problem, with the device over 20%, loose on my arm, but still it’s not as reliable as my Charge 3.
And no support. Is this what happens when Google comes in?
Worse quality and nobody cares?

I am also facing the same issue - my Charge 6 is 3 weeks old and was working fine until 3 days ago.
No sleep data being recorded at all.

I just checked my order and I’m just under three weeks…
Would be good if Google could respond here maybe?

I'm having the same issues and your only response is to have the device more tight then is comfortable to track your sleep properly? That can't be accurate as my older Fitbit never had that problem.

Try turning your iPhone off wait a few minutes then turn back on

I’ve been wearing it looser than normal, charging more often than usual and still I get random nights where I have no data.
And still no response here. What’s going on?

I had the same problem. I just resynced it to my phone and then it started working again.

So this is my experience I had a Charge 5 for over a year and it worked fine . All of a sudden it stopped tracking sleeping in June of 2023 I tried everything to fix the problem with no avail so I bought a Charge 6 and gave my wife the Charge 5 and everything worked for her even the sleep but my new Charge 6 did not track my sleep also. So I thought I would try and flip my Charge 6 to my inner wrist and to my surprise it worked and still working. Now thinking back to any changes since June of last year and I could only think of one and that is I got a full sleeve Tattoo that also goes under my watch . Could it be the ink blocking it from reading or is it just coincidence.
Try flipping your watch to your inner wrist if it starts working there must be something blocking it from reading.

Hello @Fsist
It's a known issue that health trackers, including Fitbit, have problems tracking heart rate when a person has tattoos around their wrists. The ink interferes with the light sensors.
Glad you figured it out and have a workaround.

In the first week with the Charge 6 I had only one successful sleep score. I tried all of the suggested steps provided by ManuFitbit. Those didn't solve the issue. I tried wearing it looser and tighter, didn't work either. But after I started wearing it on my inner wrist it solved the issue. Since then (10 days ago) I have got a successful sleep score every night. I don't have any tattoos, so that was not the issue. Often when sleeping I sleep on my chest, maybe the Charge6 on the outside of my wrist was being pressed to tight to my skin to measure my breathing rate, since that measure was always missing.

This problem has now started for me. Nothing recommended in this thread worked to resolve it. My Fitbit 6 had been working properly until 4 nights ago when it suddenly stopped tracking sleep. I keep getting a "no data" message for sleep each morning when I sync my Fitbit with the app. If I then go in and click on the + symbol to manually add a sleep log, it knows when I went to bed and when I woke up. However, when I add it, it only gives me simplified sleep details -- no sleep score, and no breakdown of REM, deep, or light sleep. I don't know what else to do. It was working completely fine and now it doesn't anymore.
Please help.

I think I know what you’re talking about. Are the sponsors damaged? I have a Charge 6 so I know what it’s like.

I don't know how they could be. It's a brand new device, and it's either on my wrist or charging. Other features such as heart tracking the like seem to be working. How would I know if the sensors are damaged?

Gonna sound crazy but just try wearing the watch on the opposite wrist.. my charge will only track sleep properly if worn on my left.

The tech support guy told me to turn the sleep sensitivity up, which I did, but it still did not sync again this morning. Can try it on the other wrist, but seems strange because I've been wearing it on my left wrist for years!

I would try wearing it on the inside of your wrist. I'm curious if that solves your problem as well. Did your sleeping position change?
