All of a sudden my Charge 6 (relatively new) stopped tracking sleep so I am no longer getting a sleep score.
I tried the reset to no avail. Any suggestions?

same here, experienced the same with my Charge 4, two Charge 5’s, and now the Charge 6. After a few months the trackers stop recording sleep. Absolutely nothing will help, and I tried every trick in or out of the book. ------------

On a serious note, can anyone here from Fitbit offer a view of when this will be fixed? As mentioned I see it is directly linked to no breathing rate. Is this a hardware fault? A software fault? Or a cloud data processing fault?
In one of my previous posts, I mentioned that one night I slept 7 hours, woke up, synced in the app, Fitbit failed to provide deep analysis and score, but I fell back asleep for 20 mins, woke up, synced again and suddenly all the deep analysis data came to life, with sleep score, for the full 7h20 sleep I.e. the data was there for the first 7hrs, the app just didn't process it to provide sleep score and stages.
Do I need to RMA my two month old watch?
Thank you

The mods here seem to be much quicker in deleting/modifying posts than providing ans answer to our sleep score problems.., pity

Yes, I noticed! Received your full response by email including the parts deleted by moderators.
Honestly Fitbit, we'd appreciate some constructive response. Happy to submit my data for bug fixing, but everything seems to point to hardware issues or server processing issues. Why do sleep stage and scores need breathing rates? As mentioned, there appears to be direct correlation between missing breathing rates and lack of detailed sleep analysis.

Hello @cawauk
it seems to me that it takes some time for the app algorithms to sync, calculate, & display the sleep data. I notice that my sleep data doesn't appear when I sync first thing in the morning, then shows up within 20 minutes or so. It used to be that if I edited my sleep log start or wake time, it would take at least an hour for the app to update my sleep data, including score & stages graphs. Now, it takes about 5 minutes or less for the app to update.
To me, it was most likely that the algorithms hadn't finished processing your sleep data until your second sync.
Your sleep score doesn't use your breathing rate data. This help page (<-- click) states that your sleep score is based on
I'm not sure why you're not seeing your breathing rate and your detailed sleep analysis. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the heart sensor since you're getting your heart rate data. Your device uses the optical heart rate sensor to determine your breathing rate during sleep.
For now, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

Support will tell us we're not breathing all night.
Seriously, they tried telling us it's because we grew hair and got tattoo's in a previous post.
I've given up on them ever fixing this. Charge 4, Charge 5 and now Charge 6 having the same issue randomly. Apparently I don't breathe at night
