Charge 6 stops tracking during exercise

Hello! So I have had my Charge 6 for almost a year now and recently it's happened that when I have started tracking an exercise (spinning, or kickboxing for example), when I go to see my heart rate or anything I find that it is not tracking anything and I have to start the tracking again. The original exercise I had started and magically stopped, does not even get recorded on the app or anything. Has it happened to anyone else? What can I do? I have already tried to restart the device but it still happens... it is not very reliable...

Since your Charge 6 is still less than a year old, you can contact Support (<-- click link) to find out what are your options under warranty. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

It might be better for you to call and speak with a support agent.
