Charge 6 stuck in wrong time zone

ANSWERED

I traveled and now my Charge 6 is stuck in the wrong time zone. I've restarted the charge 6 multiple times and restated my phone multiple times. I reset the charge to factory settings and still stuck. PLEASE HELP!

Mine stayed stuck until I synced with the app.

Do you have the time zone set for automatic or manually set? Have you tried both?

This is a symptom of a failure to sync with your Fitbit app. Thanks for confirming that you sorted out the difficulty @dhimes.

I sign in with my Google account so using the steps suggested there fixed it. I have never explored the settings at that location so was unaware that there was a 'time zone' change spot in that settings group. Still working out getting all the 'automatic' portions in the Google settings and in the phone settings but at least I have my time zone now! Thank you. I've been in "Greenland" for 6 days!!! I actually was in Florida and now home in California. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Yes, many times in all combinations with resets, restarts, and syncing dozens of times. But the settings in the Google settings location fixed it.
