Charge 6 stuck on clock face. Cannot swipe up down or across to different menus

Please do as follows.
Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.

I'm having the same problem and I have done all of the things you have said to do. My battery is also draining daily.

Please go to the Fitbit App and try changing the Clock face from the Charge 6 : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
After the change if the issue persists, try restarting the Charge 6 again as described on my last post.
If you see any improvement, please let us know what clock face was given you issues.
