I am a long time Fitbit user for whatever that's worth. I recently got a Charge 6 to replace a charge 5 that wasn't consistently holding a well, charge. I have a Pixel 7a phone and never had any issues syncing the charge 5, however the charge 6 rarely syncs unless I restart at least one if not both devices. is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions to improve the situation?

Hi there @jimmy0460 and @Bobbiec61!
A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you so much for letting us know that your Charge 6s are not syncing properly and for all your efforts.
Have you already checked if you have the newest version of the Fitbit app and if your Charge 6s need to be updated?
I suggest you follow the 11 steps described in this help article ---> Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I have the same issue and don't know how to fix it, but I've found that if I hit "Coach" (bottom of the screen) and go right back to "Today," it usually updates, and continues to stay synced. No idea why this happens.

My issues started after the last update. I have had my Charge 6 for two months. Fitbit hasn't played well with the apps I need to connect with my Dexcom CGM. Steps are not tracking, no stress management score, subtracting calories. I have done all of the fixes. The Charge 5 nightmare seems to be repeating itself.
