Charge 6 syncing to dashboard issues

Hi guys, 

I have a charge 6;  it's almost a year old. I noticed that the device is no longer syncing to the dashboard on my Android.  I've turn the Bluetooth on and off multiple times, and restarted my phone- but no luck.  Any suggestions???

It looks like you've tried the recommended troubleshooting to resolve the syncing issue and that has not been successful.

The next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. I recommend calling & talking to a support agent.
