I testes my Charge 6 that up to now worked perfectly.
However, when I left the pool and stopped the tracking, the resulting value was about 2 time more than when I counted laps myself (1400 m vs. cca 700 m).
Im having trouble too, but in the opposite direction. I swam 1500 yesterday but it only tracked 1150, and again today i swam 1000 and it logged it as 600. And when i go in to manually fix them it resets it to the incorrect value. Im busting my **ahem** training and im pissed that it won't reflect in my tracking
I managed to correct the values on the iOS app. But I bought the watch also to track my swimming so I do not have to count laps myself. That is very disappointing.
