I’ve had this Fitbit 14months and it has started to turn off for no reason. The firmware was updated yesterday and it started happening before the firmware update as it started yesterday morning. It’s now becoming more frequent and it’s becoming to the point where I feel like throwing it away. I’ve completed a factory reset and re-paired it. Is this a typical fault and if so is there a fix? There seems to be no reason why this has started playing up. Thanks

Hi @Batezy84, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the odd behavior your Charge 6 has presented lately. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have tried.
I would recommend to restart your Charge 6 if you haven't done so:
In addition in order to better understand the issue, does it turn off and turns on again? What do you do to turn it back on?

Same problem here. After the latest firmware update, problems started to appear. At first, a small phone icon with a diagonal line through it began showing up, located right above the heart rate display. When I disabled the “status tray” option, the phone icon stopped appearing, but then another issue began—continuous reboots.
Honestly, I’ve loved this watch since the day I bought it, but this situation is now extremely frustrating.
