Charge 6 unresponsive

Hi  I put my Charge 6 on to charge 6hrs ago. It's now completely dead with black screen. Ive tried unplugging 3 times, still dead.

Let me help you with your Charge 6 that is unresponsive. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.

Sometimes the device may seem dead but it's only the display that is unresponsive. Are you able to sync via the Fitbit app while the device is near? See How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

If yes, attempt to change the clock face. Sometimes this procedure fixes this kind of issues. I appreciate your time in this process.

Hi,

Thank you for your help but sadly I can't manually sync or change clock
face. I think it's just died for some reason??

If the device is totally unresponsive and not syncing at all, ensure the device receives charge by following the tips suggested in our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hi, tried all of these and still no luck. Not sure why it suddenly died.
I'd put it on charge and the screen had lit up as usual, but when I went
back a couple of hours later it was just a black screen. Thanks for trying
though.
