When I upgrade from Charge 5 to Charge 6 in the app, do my old stats go away ???

No, your stats stay with you. I've had about 20 Fitbits and all stats stayed with me since I tied them all to the same account.

@Filmlabrat   I looked at your public profile and can see that you are a long time Fitbit user.  The Charge 6 requires a Google account.  If you still have a Fitbit account, then it is important that you move to a Google account before trying to set up a Charge 6.  Please see this Help article for more details.

You can lose data if you don't do this correctly.
