Charge 6 will not come on

my Fitbit 6 will not charge and will not reset. I have tried multiple times.

I have also kept it on the charger overnight and still won’t hold a charge and won’t come on

purchase to July 2024

yes i am using the cord that came with the fitbit 6.  i have plugged into the wall as well as a computer.  neither has worked.  i have also triwd the reset button process over 30 times. not sure what else to do

My Fitbit 6 has been wiped down and the cord has been cleaned of any debris.  
when trying to reset, the Fitbit does vibrate and the icon does show up but disappears about 3-4 seconds later.  I have repeated this step several times.
