I did every suggestion available so please don't tell me to stop or reinstall or update the phone or Fitbit.
A week ago it stopped connecting to the app on phone.
My charge 6 works but will not sync with the app because it can't connect to blue tooth.
Also the app says updates available but with not update.
Phone will eventually find in Bluetooth the Charge 6 but can not connect and then of course will not sync.
My husbands Charge 6 will not connect to my Pixel pro 7 and both my Charge 6 and his Charge 6 connect ot his phone in a matter of seconds.
So there I am.

Hello @yamiacaveman
Some users have reported that they needed to turn both WiFi and Bluetooth off, then on again, in order to get their device to sync with the app. This has worked for me in the past to get my device to sync with the app. Did you try this yet?

I really appreciate the reply RiekoC!
But sorry to say, I came across that suggestion 3 days ago and still nothing. I'm sure I will try that and all the other again, right now out of time, lol.
I'm almost positive it is my wife's pixel 7 pro that it is the issue - because her fitbit and mine have no problem connecting to my pixel 7, and the fitbit is logging everything but not to the phone.
I've been with Pixel stuff for a long time, and if this does not get resolved soon it might be time to go to the other side.
Again, thanks for your response!

Hello @yamiacaveman
Thanks for letting me know that you already tried turning both WiFi & Bluetooth off, then back on, without success.
Since you're able to connect your and your wife's Fitbit devices to your Pixel 7 phone, it does seem like there's an issue between her Fitbit and phone.
We've heard about connection/syncing issues between Fitbits and Pixel 10 phones. I personally haven't seen other Fitbit users reporting issues with Pixel 7 phones. There's a separate Google Pixel phone Help Community (<-- click). It might be worth posting there to see if any of the Pixel Phone Product Experts have any suggestions.
