Charge 6 won’t charge and button is stuck

My Charge 6 battery died yesterday morning. I plugged in and it’s not starting to charge. I have cleaned the contacts and the watch itself, I’ve tried resetting using the button on the charger several times. 

I was about to order a replacement charger when I noticed the button on the left hand side of the Charge 6 device appears to be stuck. I can’t press it - it’s flat against the device. 

Could the 2 issues be connected?

I'm not sure that the stuck reset button is causing your Charge 6 not to charge.

It might be worth contacting Support (<-- click link) and asking them. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. If the charging cable is the issue, Support might be able to help with that.

Not sure the problem is a stuck "reset" button, which I interpret to mean the button on the usb device. I think her problem is the same as mine, The button on the side of the watch is stuck in...it will not depress any at all and the watch will not charge.

If the button is stuck, unplug/plug in the USB 3 times. This will do what the button does. 

Now if the button is stuck in, this would be the cause of not charging.

I am referring to the button on the side of the watch. Not the button on
the usb plug

Mine did the same this morning. Only had it about 8 months. Nothing seems work to get it going. Totally frozen for updates. Only clock working. Hasn’t worked properly for several months when text notifications stopped going through. Downhill ever since. Totally frustrated with Charge 6

Hello @PattiBNA 

Since you've had your Charge 6 for only 8 months, you should contact Support (<-- click) and let them know about all the issues you've been having. Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options.
