Syncing on Charge 6 with fitbit App

Unless I keep forcing the app to stop I am unable to sync with my Charge 6.

I have e already rrpka Ed my fitbit once because it did not sync with the app, but then I discovered it would syncif I used Forced stop on the app, however the next day it would not sync and I would have to use the forced stop method again. Do I need to replace it again or drop to the Charge 5 which I previously had with no problem at all. My phone is Samsung S23+

Im having the same issue. I shouldn't have to keep forcing it to stop in order to sync.
