Charge 6 won't charge

I bought my Fitbit Charge 6 February 22, 2024. 

Since I have had my Charge 6 I regularly encounter issues with inconsistent syncing, and not charging. I can manually sync the device on my phone, but it seems redundant with a bluetooth device.

Also, this weekend my device will not charge. I have cleaned the brass ports and pins on the charger. Tried different charging ports and UPC plugs. It still will not charge. 

Printed the manual to research for information.

If you don't have any success with the troubleshooting, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). They will likely have you repeat some of the troubleshooting in order to confirm that your device is defective. Once they confirm that it is defective, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.
