Sleep Score and Readiness Score Show in App But Do NOT Appear on Charge

As subject sates, I can see my scores on the fitbit app (v 4.03, latest on app store), but they don't show on my Charge...UNLESS I restart the device.  As soon as it reboots, they populate.  This shouldn't happen, so what gives?

I have the same issue. Doesn't show unless I restart it every day.

I am having the same issue,  sleep score sync with app no problem but not displaying on device , if restart the sleep score appears ,

App is up-to-date

Band up-to-date as only 2 days old , 

Is this a bug ? Or a setting that needs changing any advice?

Hi try this seems to work 

Yes it seems to be a sync issue as I found it does show eventually in day

.My work around is

Open the Fitbit app .

Sync

Then turn Bluetooth off .

Sync again you get message Bluetooth turn off turn on confirm .

And hey presto it shows .

Sometimes you have sync a couple of times In the app after above. But found

it works .

Fingers crossed they fix it . They fix one day
