My Charge 6 last synced with my iPhone 15 several hours ago, but I couldn’t get it to sync again afterward.
First I tried restarting the Charge 6, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the Fitbit app. that didn’t help. Then I followed the instructions to clean the contacts on the watch and charger, plugged in the tracker and tried again. It still wouldn’t sync. I made sure the app was up to date (v 4.39) and tried restarting the tracker and the phone a few more times.
Eventually I disconnected the tracker from the app and I tried to pair it again, but I get an error every time I try. The tracker is not in the list of Bluetooth devices in my phone’s settings.
