Charge 6 will not sync information from the app to the tracker without deleting and reinstalling the app. So frustrating! Is anyone else having this issue? Thinking of starting a return.

Yes, I am having the same issue. It won't sync unless I reinstall the app and even then it doesn't include all the data. Only been an issue the last couple days.

I have tried everything to fix it but it's just not working. Started the return process. So disappointing. I was looking forward to this release!
