Charge 6 won't sync

My Fitbit charge 6 will not sync. I have restarted the watch, I've restarted my phone, I've unpaired and re-paired Bluetooth, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Any ideas how to solve?

I have the same issue. Have tried pairing from both the Charge 6 and Google phone, but nothing.

Although it's not specifically mentioned, some users discovered that they needed to turn off both Bluetooth & WiFi, then turn them back on to get their Fitbits to sync with the app.

I had the same issue. My charge 6 synced at first, then just stopped. It looked like it was trying but never quite got there. I tried everything. Then I remembered my VPN. Switched it off and it’s synced fine ever since. Only thing I can’t sort out is the step massive over count.

Not sure how I did it, but when I switched my phone back on after posting the earlier comment, my FitBit was synching.
