Let me help you sync your Charge 6.

To restart your Charge 6, swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app; then tap the Settings app and then Restart Device and then Restart.

Hello @Bparks175 

Since you aren't able to swipe down to get to the Setting menu, this help page (<-- click) has 2 alternate methods to use to restart your Charge 6.

No it does not work I read and tried everything! The Fitbit just says download app and of course it already is
