Best AnswerI've been having the same issue since I was offered a new update a few days ago.
Restarting phone/watch doesn't work. Turning Bluetooth off and on again doesn't work. Reinstalling the app doesn't work.
The only thing that works is resetting the watch, but after a few hours it's not being discovered again.
App and watch are on the latest update.
Looks like this is a problem for many people including myself. I've contacted Fitbit, went through all the troubleshooting steps, and am still unable to sync my Fitbit to the app. When will this issue be resolved??
