Charge 6 stopped showing sp02 & heart rate

What causes Charge 6 to stop showing metrics?  Synced and charged but still not showing heart rate or sp02.

Let me help you with the health metrics that are not showing on your Fitbit app. Thank you for all the troubleshooting you have already tried from your end.

If only some health metrics data is missing, i recommend that you take a look at our help article Track your health metrics in the Fitbit app below the section "Why am I missing health metrics data?"

See if all the requirements are met.

If you are talking about the heart rate only, it may be possible that you just need to activate it. On your Charge 6, swipe down from the clock screen and open the Settings app. Swipe up to get the full list of settings, and tap on the heart-rate to ensure tracking is on or off.

In addition, you can restart your device if you haven't done so. To restart your Charge 6:

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.
