Chrging issue

I have purchased Fitbit charge 6 in December 2023 but started using it since last month only.
It worked well so far. The battery got totally exhausted so I put it on charge, once it receive the current, it tried to activate. blue window appeared but suddenly aborted the booting and didn't charge there after. I tried to recharge it different ports, changed the charger but didn't work at all.
I suppose there is booting issue or charging issue.

Hello @Gnitin

Since you are getting close to a year of owning the Charge 6, you probably should contact Support (<-- click link) as soon as possible about the issues you're experiencing. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

Although it shouldn't have to be this way, you will need to be your own advocate. Continue to follow up with Support until you get satisfactory resolution. Make sure that you keep track of your original case number, too.

@Gnitin Thanks for responding.

Since you tried the steps and they didn't work, and you are still experiencing the battery difficulty, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

I’ll keep an eye out for your response specifically, so please let me know once you’ve filled it out.
