Daily Readiness on Charge 6

Charge 6 doesn’t show Daily Readiness score until mid to late afternoon. I’ve already done any exercising or strenuous chores by then, so it’s pretty useless.  What do I need to do to get a readiness score in the morning? I wear the Charge 6 to bed every night.

Hello @NickDis

Do you sync your Charge 6 with the Fitbit app in the mornings? If not, maybe try doing a manual sync after you get up and start moving around. See if doing a manual sync gets your readiness score to show up.

Just to let you know, there was an issue with the Daily readiness score not showing for some users. I believe that issue was recently resolved.

I open the app first thing every morning and it syncs automatically. All other data like Sleep, Health Metrics, etc is synced.

Hi @NickDis, welcome to the Fitbit Community, It's great to have you here!

I'll be happy to help you with your readiness score that is not showing on the app.

Your readiness score should be available within 20 minutes of getting out of bed from a sleep of at least 3 hours.

I need to inform you that some issues with the readiness score were reported with de app version 4.30. The good news is that the version 4.32 of the Fitbit app which is being launched in these days comes with a fix to resolve this issue,

I recommend that you update the app. If you don't see an update, please allow a few days to roll out completly to all our users. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

I hope you'll find a solution for your readiness score.

I've had to wear my Charge 6 to sleep for the first 7 consecutive nights before the Readiness score shows up.  I've noticed first sync of the day doesn't always sync every data point especially the Readiness score and the Sleep score; they seem to require a refresh sync.  Which means, refresh a second sync on the app before the scores are displayed on the app and then synced to the device.

OK. This morning I opened the app. It did its automatic sync, no Daily Readiness score. After doing a manual sync it was there. Guess I’ll have to do this every morning, although I don’t know why I should have to. Seems as though if everything else syncs the first time Daily Readiness should too.

I keep Bluetooth off so I need to manually sync every time and when I don't see all data points showing up, I just refresh sync a second time.  Everything tech is a bit fussy sometimes.   When it works as intended, it's great.

Hello @NickDis

It could be that after you install the version 4.32 app update when it's available to you, the Daily Readiness score will show up when your Charge 6 automatically syncs in the morning.
