Disappointed is watch not tracking my steps, waste of money.

Hello @SBingham
Are you not seeing your steps tracked on the Charge 6 or in the Fitbit app?
If you're seeing a difference in the number of steps on your Charge 6 than what shows in the Fitbit app, there is an issue on the Fitbit side that affects step tracking. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.
I've seen recent Moderator posts mentioning that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking the app store for the update and install it when it's available.
Let us know if you're still seeing an issue with step tracking after installing the upcoming app update.

Hello @SBingham
Thank you for your response.
As I mentioned, there are issues on the Fitbit side that are causing the problems you're seeing. According to the recent Moderator posts, the syncing issue should be fixed in the app update that will be rolling out in the next few days.

Hello @SBingham
There's still a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to edit workouts. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.
Although I haven't seen confirmation, I'm hoping that the app update that should be rolling out soon will fix this problem. It's a major frustration for all of us.
